I went to Barley Mow with Brigitte and her friend Julie. Interesting night out. Geoff is leaving to go to boot camp tomorrow so he thought to have one last shin dig before three months of hell.
It was good times… It’s good to see our boys get ready for battle. He’s off to Yemen which is my understanding at the end of all of it.
God love the guys who can do that kind of work. Nothing but respect. I couldn’t do it. So cheers Geoff and good luck!
So it is a little slow at the day job when Parliament is not in session, but in the movie world… Busy as a bee!
Tonight I’ll be watching and hosting the Ottawa Premieres of The Lovely Bones and Daybreakers back to back.

So really, another late night, but Hollywood would definitely be part of the main schedule tonight!
Then tomorrow, going to catch-up with an old friend Brigitte. Haven’t really done anything with her since Cancun four years, or maybe even five years ago.
So today is going to be one of those busy days. Well tomorrow even busier.
Off to work first, then back to walk Sasha and then off to the Premiere of Youth in Revolt. Looks like a fun college movie.
Then I’ll be hitting up sushi with Audrey B-S and Melissa (apparently girls night at sushi) around 8:30. Melissa has soccer and Audrey is hardly ever off around that time so I’ll try my best to attend.
Then tomorrow it is the WOM of Lovely Bones, and the Premiere of Day Breakers.
What an upset! I was rooting for Canada (naturally), but I kind of wanted to see another team win and they did. USA took the game in overtime with a score of 6-5.
Good news though, apart from ticking off my roommate and his girlfriend, World Junior Hockey Canada will definitely be back next year and Canada will be in the fight to get their title back. So expect good things in the world of World Junior Hockey next year.
Boys you gotta loose one sometime. It just makes it more fun next year.
And who came up with that stupid EH OH! CANADA O? It will always be GO CANADA GO!
Wow what a game. The Bills won against the Colts on Bills territory, but man, I have never been at a game with 6 inches of snow on the ground, white out conditions and minus 21 degree weather. It was awesome!
Go Bills! Well, go golf Bills and see you in September.
Time for the playoffs. I’m not sure who I’m rooting for yet.
I’ve just installed Word Press. Sweet free blogging tool. Can’t wait to get this working, so please be patient while I get it setup. Expect my new blog to start as early as Wednesday this week.
For now I’m off to Rochester, NY and then Buffalo, NY for the weekend for the last football game of the year (Buffalo Bills that is).
